The second chapter gives a lot of interesting figures, about how is consumed the ads, the differences between millenials, generation Z, and the others, which makes a good introduction to the topic.

Also, people are classified into population types:

  • Laggargs

This provides advises for influencers, how to get organize, what is a brand, why you need to stick to your values, what is creativity.
